It's a hit! I made your spinach calzone tonight, Anna. I didn't use the tofu because my tummy doesn't like so much of it and it was still great. At dinner I was asking dh which of the meals we've had would he consider "company" worthy and he said, "This one, for sure".

I "beefed" it up with more mushrooms (not canned) but did everything else the same. I liked it better than the broccoli version. We had salad and rice on the side but didn't even touch the rice.
