The other night it dropped to below 60! (That's not good.) He woke me up and I made him a pb&j sandwich. He is on a program in which he takes his blood sugar levels throughout the day and the stats go directly to a nurse. She called the next day and asked what happened. He told her we're dieting and she lowered his evening dose of insulin.  This was after... what?... 4 days of eating vegan?!
