Post subject:  Day 6 no junk food, no diet soda or caffeine, ...

also eating more fix, all whole frain, more fruit and veggies. No eating after supper. Well form a weight loss stand point I have lost 7 pounds. From a "how do I feel" stand point, crappy. Still not sleeping well(not consistant yet with suppliments)feel tired all the time. No energy. So I am losing weight and I feel terrible.

I have lost one pound since I added in a TBSP of black strap molasses into my daily intake. It is helping with my iron intake and I am finally starting to feel less exhausted. Perhaps you can try it and see if it helps. Some people just take a TBSP right off the spoon, right now I'm adding it into my morning smoothy. Not bad at all, to me.

A Two week withdrawl period from caffeine is normal if you have a physical addiction. That might be why you're feeling yucky.
