This week has zoomed by. I've been watching what I eat and keeping the snacking down, especially after dinner snacking.

I have had a few cokes! :(
I'm still down from last week so that's good.
It's also t.o.m. for me and I'm surprised the scales are not showing any gain.

I"m at 156.3 today.
My shorts are starting to look too baggy and I need a belt with them.
I guess it took me just really making up my mind to stick with eating healthy to begin to see progress.

Great job.
I am finding I cannot eat meat. Kills my stomach
I bought fruit, raw vegetables, v8, almond milk for cereal., and will start eating that . I have to fix stuff ahead or I get lazy and decide to eat something else.

Well, complete fail this week. Weight is up. My sweet tooth has been misbehaving, and I've been snacking on bad stuff : (

Tory, you are doing GREAT!

I'm just getting on the bandwagon again the past few weeks after caving into stress eating and dealing with a kidney challenge. Lost 5 pounds so far the last 3 weeks.

Looking forward to addressing this stress eating monster once and for all. With God's help, I can be an overcomer!
