Every doctor has a different opinion on oil, sugar and salts.
I have had doctors say donot use salt, well we have to have to have salt in our diet.
I am about to change doctors again because they do not know what they heck they are talking about. They think each patient is the same. that is another story.

I agree with Stephanie, you have to have some kind of oil to give your food flavor. and not to use a whole bottle in the recipe.

Isn't 2 tablespoons a day the recommended amount for a normal diet? Seems like that's what I had on the Fat Flush - flaxseed oil.
