If none of you have never done a colon cleanse, whether for a colonoscopy or just to clean yourself out, do it. Getting those toxins out of your body gives you more energy.

I started taking one miralax in the mornings the last couple of days and will continue through the weekend. I feel so much better.

I could tell my body had too much iron in it.

I suffered IBS for years, so a colon cleanse doesn't sound too great to me. I know there are benefits to it and I commend you for doing it.
