I printed out a monthly blank chart to keep track of riding the stationery bike 2 miles in the am and 2 in the evening.
working up to three miles each by Friday , then next week three miles 2x aday then four miles 2x a day Friday to the next Thursday,
Getting up to possibly 5 miles 2 times a day,
I have to , my legs are so fat, and were starting to hurt to walk.
pray this goes well and I lose weight in my legs and thighs.

I just finished my other two miles. May work up to three 2x a day tomorrow. 4 min mile is what I am doing.

You are doing great Linda. I need to start walking again I just don't have the get up and go to do it right now.

I am doing it because my legs have been bothering me, cramping, and hurting.
They are FAT. I do not want fat legs at all.
