It's usually shelved right next to the Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar - which can make it a little tricky to find. (not that I ever worked in a health food store or anything ; )

I tend to treat salt as a vegetable - you know - give it 1/4 of my plate. I'm not a low-sodium kind of person. But, Braggs tastes pretty good! : )

I'm supposed to be on a low- salt diet because of my heart surgery, but I haven't followed it too closely... however, now that I'm getting ... ahem... older... I've found that I need to get with the program and go low- salt.
It's hard making the adjustment! I'm slowly trying different herbs and spices to replace the salt.
Some things NEED salt though!!!

I found apple cider vinegar very effective for weight loss. While it is not known why, but Apple Cider Vinegar promotes weight loss. Some theories suggest that ACV helps to speed up the metabolism, while others suggest that it burns calories. A number of nutritionists also believe that combining Vitamin B6 and Lecithin with Apple Cider Vinegar is highly effective for weight loss. A suggested remedy is to mix 2 teaspoons of ACV mixed with a glass of water and drink this before every meal or sip it slowly throughout the day. I found bragg apple cider vinegar really effective for health problems.
