Well, Im down another pound!!!
man this is hard work!! It's like an everyday battle and I'm kind of sick fighting it... I know I'm seeing results but sometimes I just want a piece of strawberry cheesecake!!
(Thats 11 points on WW for just one thin slice.)
Oh.. I'm at 157 exactly so I guess it is worth the effort. I ran 2 miles yesterday morning. Today I did the kettlebell workout.
I'll alternate running days with workout days up until my Nov. 3rd Half marathon.
BTW I'm starving. I need ideas for filling foods that arent fattening. Running makes me want to eat all of the time. (I don't care what Mario L*pez says.. runner's CAN"T eat whatever they want! lol)
