Well, Im down another pound!!!
man this is hard work!! It's like an everyday battle and I'm kind of sick fighting it... I know I'm seeing results but sometimes I just want a piece of strawberry cheesecake!!
(Thats 11 points on WW for just one thin slice.)

Oh.. I'm at 157 exactly so I guess it is worth the effort. I ran 2 miles yesterday morning. Today I did the kettlebell workout.
I'll alternate running days with workout days up until my Nov. 3rd Half marathon.
BTW I'm starving. I need ideas for filling foods that arent fattening. Running makes me want to eat all of the time. (I don't care what Mario L*pez says.. runner's CAN"T eat whatever they want! lol)

I *did* look, and it's not so bad. Despite being very undeserving, I'm holding steady : )

Tory, eat more small meals if you are Starving. How many points are you allowed?
Eat a salad when you are truly hungry. Not a big one , a small one. Or yogurt.
Glad you are losing weight.
I have been waking up with leg cramps, I think the reason why is yesterday I got on the stepstool to reach the top of the car.
I have got to drink more water. have to get that gallon jug out and start drinking that water.
I bought a bunch of cherry tomatoes, cantaloupe, cucumbers, apples, lettuce yesterday .
What I am going to do is have a fiber breakfast,
with tea,
lunch soup or a large salad
with tea
dinner veggies, rice, fruit.
get hungry inbetween, tea or fruit or small salad or peanut butter on a small slice of bread.
I really do not care for meat anymore. It gives me stomach problems.

I was using their old program and the charts shows 25 points max for the day at my weight.
I really don't keep track of the points anymore. I was for a month solid. I kept track of everything I ate. Now I am more using it as a general guide. I know how much I am allowed and what I'm allowed.. and NOT allowed, lol!
Like the cheesecake. ;)

WW is a great plan to follow, in all actuality I need to implement it with my shakes. My shakes are 2 points a piece, then I have to add points for extra add ins. BUT for 2 meals a day that's still really low points. I always try to eat a healthy lunch, a salad and a protein. I've changed little things like opting for the sweet potato instead of the baked potato. I had cut out most sweets but I've sort of snuck them back in. I was also drinking all water and not I've add one Dr. Pepper 16oz bottle a day. Those are extra calories I can definitely live without!
