Greek Style Giant Beans & fresh homemade summer bread.

We're kinda low on produce, since we're using one car & I haven't been to the grocery, so salad will be there, but less elaborate than usual.

Is brown rice allowed on the yeast free diet??????

I am fixing pan fried tilapia, mashed potatoes (but not for me! :( ), roasted brussells sprouts, and steamed carrots. :D

I noticed this was under "Healthy Living", so it's a good thing we're not having pizza or something, lol!

Rice w/black beans (trying Anna's super easy black beans), tortillas, lettuce and other dressings, mangos.

Thanks Pam! Now I don't feel so bad... lol!
I'm having a fried fish sandwich. I'm sure I'll live to regret it. ;)

Carol,
For Brussels sprouts, I have a not-so-healthy but delicious recipe:
Steam them till they're almost done/crisp tender (if they're frozen, thaw them. but of course, fresh is better if that's an option.
Then, in a skillet, BROWN a generous amount of Earth Balance Margarine or Dairy Butter (according to your tastes/diet) (Cook till it turns a golden brown color)
Toss in a handful or two of pecans and toss for a minute or so to coat & toast.
Toss in brussels sprouts and toss to coat & warm
Generously salt, pepper & serve.
