And it's on the candida diet! I made a smoothy using 2 T Coconut oil Cocoa Powder (didn't measure this, but think I used about 3-4T 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Xylitol, to lightly sweeten 1 cup plain yogurt approximately 4-6 ice cubes Mix up in blender and you have a homemade LEGAL version of a chocolaty smoothie. |

Goodness, this woman usually doesn't get into cooking or anything and I've come up with 3 good recipes today for various things. Two aren't on our plan, so I won't tempt you by telling you what they were. I was able to make them tonight and NOT indulge, as dh and ds are NOT very game on my food choices as of late, so I thought I would reward them for being patient with me while I get rid of the fungi!
