I might make some more Carrot Cashew Stew! I love that stuff! I want to try to dehydrate it so I can just put some powder in a cup and poor hot broth or water over it for instant soup. :)

Unfortunately, dh bro't home a HAM! I think I'll chop up some ham and potato and cheese for him and call it good.
