Oh, Linda, not the eggs!
I know there is a lot of disagreement on eggs, and for some they might be a negative culprit, but I am of the camp that they are good for you (eaten with white and yolk together). Like all things, too much can be an issue, but an egg a day or a few a week are part of a healthy eating plan.
Then again, I am one who can not eat any grains (although I am going to experiment with oats) or legumes and very little dairy, so we all are different in our bodies needs. It has taken me many years to figure what I can tolerate and what has negative effects on my body.
