Been awhile. They are chalked full of minerals and nutrients and since I'm missing my daily greens from our garden, they gave me something to "grow". It's really easy to make sprouts, in case anyone is wondering. You just purchase your sprout seeds, put 1-2 Tablespoons in a glass jar, cover with mesh, I use cheesecloth, or a chessecloth type diaper that I have reserved just for this jog, let soak in water for 4-8 hours, rinse twice a day. Do this for 4-6 days and they're ready.

I have yet to try this. Sounds so easy and I love sprouts. So, why haven't I tried it? : \

(And, isn't it "chock" full?) Going to check that out cuz it's been eons since I've heard the turn and longer since I've seen it printed!!!

And, if you don't have mesh, a piece of pantyhose with a rubber band works!

I haven't made them in ages - I should - they are great for you!

Great suggestion to use pantyhose, Anna! That's about the only thing they're good for in this house. ; ) I don't wear dresses at all any more.
