I was doing weigh down, but I was always hungry.

I went back and re read mcdougall books etc and website.
I started Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving and this morning Friday I am down 2.2 lbs.

Starches and veggies. That is it. No oils, dressings, extras. Not hungry , eat three meals a day and two snacks of fruit or potatoes. My stomach does growl but I just feed it some more potatoes or starches and I am fine.

On weigh down I did lose 15 lbs , but was constantly hungry. This is the way for me and I will post the end of this month what I have lost in 8 days and then the end of December also.

I will be gone from here for several weeks, lots to do.
anyone needs the list for cards, email martha please. I sent her one. she can add to it. I will be off the computer for a while. Need the break.
