 Post subject: Could not sleep so I read my Weigh down email I get and

I have lost 3 lbs so far this week. I had gained 2 , I know bad bad bad, but I am back on track.
What is helping me is when I get that growl around 8pm is to eat sugar free jello cup. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Don't look on it as bad, just something that will let you know what certain foods can do to your body, or certain times of day that it is important not to feed our hunger or cravings. You are doing great and still learning what works and what doesn't.

I did get hungry , had the growl a lot yesterday. But when it was not dinner time, I had some sugar free jello instead and then waited for that growl at dinner time. Down 3 lbs this morning.

I thought you were saving weigh ins for Sunday? It is hard to stay off when you want to see progress. I grab mine once in a while, but really think if I wait a couple weeks in between I might get truer results. It is hard to wait.
