Sis,
It's ok to ingest Epsom Salts. In fact if you look on most containers of it, they state right on there you can mix 1 tsp with water to use as a laxative.

Athletes have been known to take Epsom Salts internally when their muscles start to cramp after over exertion.

Mine says for external use only. It's a "solution" with other things added to it. I'll look for plain epsom salts.

Yes, you wouldn't want to use anything but plain ole Epsom Salts.

Stage 1: Prepare for the cleanse by drinking fresh apple juice for 3 days. Meals should be small amounts of raw salad or unprocessed fruit.

>>> Is this ALL you eat/drink or in addition to other foods?

Stage 2: Buy the gallbladder cleanse ingredients:
Epsom Salts (4 tablespoons in water)
Olive Oil
Fresh Grapefruit juice and Lemon juice

>>> How much to buy of each?

Stage 3: Do the cleanse. Choose a Saturday if possible! Here is the routine you should follow -
(i) Eat a very light breakfast and lunch of fruit and vegetables.
(ii) At 6pm, drink 1 cup of the Epsom Salt water. Repeat at 8pm.
(iii) At 10pm, mix the fruit juices and one cup of olive oil. Drink it, go to bed and get a good sleep while the cleanse does its work!
(iv) At 7am, drink 1 cup of the Epsom Salt water. Repeat at 9am and finish the mixture.
(v) Eat only light fruits and vegetables for the rest of the day. Your gallbladder should be cleansed and by the evening you should feel great!

>>>So, you eat a light breakfast and lunch and no dinner? What are "light fruits"?

Epsom salts are in the area of the store that has bandages and rubbing alcohol.

Found it. It was next to what we usually buy - the fragrant ones "aroma therapy" stuff.

No other foods. just that, you are doing a cleanse, you do not want a lot of food in your system.

Stage 2: Buy the gallbladder cleanse ingredients:
Epsom Salts (4 tablespoons in water)
Olive Oil
Fresh Grapefruit juice and Lemon juice

use what it says fro the epsom salt, it should say also how much olive oil and grapefruit juice, check another cleanse to get the amounts.
Stage 3: Do the cleanse. Choose a Saturday if possible! Here is the routine you should follow -
(i) Eat a very light breakfast and lunch of fruit and vegetables.
(ii) At 6pm, drink 1 cup of the Epsom Salt water. Repeat at 8pm.

the breakfast and lunch is after the cleanse. You do not want to refill your gallbaldder with heavy food.
You just drink the apple juice, and I did not do a salad. It is kinda like an apple juice fast.

Buy the gallbladder cleanse ingredients:
Epsom Salts (4 tablespoons in water)
Olive Oil
Fresh Grapefruit juice and Lemon juice

>>> How much to buy of each?

1.
buy a small bag of the salts small bottle light olive oil, small bottle grapefruit juice or frozen juice and add water
