Take small bites, drink tea or water inbetween bites, put burger down , between bites, and let food start digesting, then do it again. I have been getting full faster. I sleep way way better, most nights all the way through without waking, although that is not good for my bladder.
I am reading my Bible more, watching the videos on you tube for inspiration. I have a partner on here , she is doing her thing and I am doing mine and we encourage each other by email. We are learning a lot about each other also, and praying for each other.
I am seeing that I believe that each of us needs an accountability partner and I have mine.
I plan on having dh when he has time this evening to take a photo of me now and one at the end of the year and once I meet my goal.
This is not hard, I can do it.
