Each person has to do what suits them on losing weight. I had decided that at my age I was not going to just keep gaining weight. I know my body has enough fat on it that I will not starve while I am losing weight. Just wait till you see me at the end of the year. This will take me till then or till around Valentines day. Depends on how fast it comes off. I am down a size and almost down another one. yeah!!!

Yesterday I did not stay with "eat only until satisfied" and for the first time in over a month, I ate until full. It was not pleasant. So today, I wait until true hunger and eat only until satisfied. Lesson learned.
