 Post subject: I am happy with how I am losing weight

I am doing the Weigh Down, and I am finally getting my hunger pains , but once a day and I am working on twice a day.
I am down 10 lbs since end of September.
I am learning to wait for that deep down hunger.
For me I have to wait for the hunger growl. Otherwise I would be eating all the time.
MY stomach has gone down and that is good, but the area between under my breast and my stomach has not gone down. I have a pooch there. :(
I am pleased so far with my progress. I try to weigh once a week. I also try to write down when and what I eat. Do not want the lbs to creep back on.

I am happy that you have found a good way for you to lose weight and are seeing success with that.

That is exactly it Cindy, we have to find what works for us. Not everyone can do the same thing, like most weight loss books have you believe.
A few years ago Weight watchers did it for me.
Now that I am older I am realizeing that I need less food to live.
My mother when she was live was always tiny and she did not eat a lot, but she did drink that coffee. Anyway she lived a very long life.
My goal is to get this weight off , may take some time , hopefully by June of next year if not sooner.
I know that the holidays will not help but I am going to make sure I am not around all that food. I can eat, but when there is lots of sweets and stuff you know will put the fat on around you, you are more tempted to eat.
We plan on having Thanksgiving here , to where we make just what we are going to eat.
