I am doing the Weigh Down, and I am finally getting my hunger pains , but once a day and I am working on twice a day.
I am down 10 lbs since end of September.
I am learning to wait for that deep down hunger.
For me I have to wait for the hunger growl. Otherwise I would be eating all the time.
MY stomach has gone down and that is good, but the area between under my breast and my stomach has not gone down. I have a pooch there.
I am pleased so far with my progress. I try to weigh once a week. I also try to write down when and what I eat. Do not want the lbs to creep back on.
