for my stomach to growl. It has not done it all day long. Been drinking water and sugar free tea. |

So, did it growl yet? You are very patient in waiting, most would have just eaten something by now out of habit or desire. Do you feel hungry? |

No I did not feel hungry. but I did eat an apple, and one slice peanut butter on whole wheat bread and my tea. I weighed this morning and am down another lb. So waiting does help., If I could just get hungry at the same time each day, it would help. |
