I did a fast I think it was

Tues or wed this week, but did not make it to the whole 24 hours, so to me it was not a complete fast.
So I did it Thursday from 6:30pm to Friday 6:30pm.
Yea I made it the whole 24 hrs.
The last two hours I really needed God's help. kept looking at the clock , and then I knew I had to get down on my hands and knees and ask God to help me make it through.
I am proud of myself , because almost everytime I have done this I had not made it the full 24 hrs.

I find the evening to evening fasting much better for myself. Good job girlfriend!

Good job, Linda.
Like Sis, if I'm doing a 24 hour fast or a 3 day fast, I start at night. Just seems easier all the way around for me.

That is what I do. I may just start doing it once a month along with prayer.
