Been rewatching The Mentalist. We have seasons 1-3.
Been doing good though. NO snacks, waiting for that growl and it does come eventually.
I can tell my jeans and slacks are getting loser.
As they get too big
I am putting them in a box.

Been rewatching The Mentalist. We have seasons 1-3. Been doing good though. NO snacks, waiting for that growl and it does come eventually. I can tell my jeans and slacks are getting loser. As they get too big I am putting them in a box.

As they get too big I am putting them in a box.I hope you do really well, I'm trying to lose weight too, and I am losing but not because of doing any exercise, I really need to at least be walking but I've not been, I've not felt well enough to actually go outside and walk, but I guess not feeling well has it's benefits, (I've lost probably thirty pounds or so in the last few weeks, but I have a whole lot more than that to lose, and I hope it's not just water weight I'm losing) *I'm taking a lot of headaches and that is making me lose weight because the sight or smell of most any food is making me physically sick, so far I've only been able to find one thing that will settle my stomach, and since I can only buy that on average of once a week, I'm pretty much losing weight steadily, lol on chips, and chips are not even healthy for anyone, but it's the only thing I can eat without getting physically sick. |
