I'm starting out slow as my muscles are needing to get stretched and warmed up, by doing the Shred every other day, instead of every day.
Haven't done push ups since I broke my arm/shoulder and I'm gently easing into those as well. So far I'm keeping up, surprisingly! I really like the alternate way of doing cardio and weights in a shorter time frame. Let's see if I get results. I will work up to every day this next week.
Has anyone else done this? Thanks to frugal girls offer 1 1/2 week ago, I got it REALLY cheap using a tiny bit of cash left over on a giftcard I forgot we had that's left over from Christmas.
