I think it's the friday weigh in thing. You would think it would be the other way around but with weigh in coming up I can't seem to think about anything except food! I am going to strive to turn that around today.
I had one of the most filling breakfasts I make and I plan to eat light the rest of the day. I have leftover eggplant filled with ricotta stuff in marinara and a pasta salad that's all been weighed out and set aside from earlier in the week. I think I'll make a salad and eat it along with those and have yogurt with strawberries and a few chocolate chips for dessert. If I keep it to that, I'll be happy. I have a new netflix movie to watch so think I'll go to bed early and watch that to stay away from the kitchen.
