I made two batches of Chocolate delight.

1 cup melted coconut oil
add 3/4 sifted cocoa
add 8 packets of stevia
or two droppers of stevia flavor (liquid stevia flavored)

sift the cocoa in to the coconut oil and stir till mixed and not lumpy
add the stevia and stir.
put into small ice cube trays and freeze over night

this makes a lot, then I put in freezer bags and eat three a day.

Generally below 73 degrees Fahrenheit (give or take) it is solid.

Sis, I only purchase the extra virgin Coconut oil, and depending on the temperature it is either solid or it turns into a liquified version after the temperature in my house gets higher than 76-78 or so. It's still creamy white when it's colder, but I need to scoop it out when it is more solid.

Like Cindy, I only use organic extra virgin coconut oil. It has to get about 73 degrees or lower in my house for it to solidify. Totally normal. http://www.naturepacific.com/contents/e ... lizes.html

I posted the link to a recipe I use for Cindy in one of the coconut oil threads on here. Works great! I do keep mine in the fridge though due to my climate, otherwise it doesn't stay solid and the ingredients separate. I just keep some scraped/flaked with a spoon and apply.
