I do not get hungry in the mornings usually either. 10 is when I start to notice anything. I try to remember to drink a glass of water when I get up to start hydration for the day, which I forgot this morning, so brb... okay, now I've had that..
Weigh Down was the one and only weight loss plan that I ever had success on. I lost, maintained, and only regained due to 2 back to back pregnancies. The waiting until hungry and only eating enough to satisfy really made sense. Keeping in communion with God is so wise in anything and that was so integrated that my walk was strengthened through WD.
Now, once I figure out what foods are making my body sick/sluggish, I will integrate that knowledge with the things from WD that were so right on with me and have a great way of living. I am so looking forward to feeling well again.
You are doing fantastic.
