they are "special" episodes that I don't think I saw before. They have people that came on crying about weighing 177 lb! |

Well, if you're 4'3" that's a lot! Never compare weight or clothing size without comparing height, too! There was a time when my weight was x, and friends were very concerned about me possibly having anorexia. You could see my bones. But, I have had short friends who weigh that same amount and are overweight. |

http://www.nydailynews.com/life-style/h ... -1.1161372 This woman says she weighed 200lbs and stood at 5'4" and now weighs 114. I am that tall and havent weighed that much since my mid 20's when I got married and started having kids. I would not mind doing that diet. have to clarify, I weighed 117 in college, size 7 but all I ate as a starving student working and going to school fulltime was toast and coffee breakfast, an orange or apple for lunch from the vending machine (25 cents) and a McD's burger and choco-shake ($1.26) and I bicycled everywhere 15mi a day. My roommates worked nights and would leave me something to eat for dinner, they could cook. |

Anna, I agree about the height thing and I think BL has been remiss in NOT including that in the contestants stats. However, I don't think these people were "short". They only had to lose 35 lb or so to look good. I read about that Starbuck's dieter! It's almost like having a personal chef. If someone else did the cooking and I didn't have the food in my house - it would be lots easier. I don't know what i weighed up until jr hi. At that time I weighed right around 120 and I had a friend (a few inches taller than me) that weighed 145 and I tho't I'd *die* if I "ever weighed that much"! I was chubby at 125! Soft and fluffy. I'm 5'4.5". It would be great to be THAT fat again. |

I cannot see how she could lose all that weight eating only there. I have my doubts. |

I looked up their menu and they do have sandwiches and salads, but also a lot of fattening foods. It would be very expensive to eat all three meals there every day. about 25 to 30 dollars a day for one person. That is my budge 180 for three people for two weeks. |

It says she ate there twice a day. It does seem like there would be plenty of fat but like she said, everything was labeled with a calorie count. If you choose more caloric foods you get less to eat. If you choose less caloric foods you get more food. Our Starbuck's doesn't have a lot of the foods bigger ones have. She must have access to a big store. |

You can lose weight on S'mores - as long as you eat the right NUMBER of them (Maybe two ; ) But weight loss does not equal healthy! (you can also lose weight by getting a really bad case of pneumonia, ya know?) |

I do not think she was eating a lot of healthy things. Oh , well it worked for her but I would not want to eat that food the rest of my life. I need a lot of different things, |
