I'm so glad she found this way of eating/living that has her cancer free and looking fabulous!! I wonder what McDougall would say for those of us who have intestinal issues whenever eating grains/starches? That is what is happening with my body for 13 years now. I do not want high fat, but want to keep a higher good fat than not enough. It gets so confusing.
