Yep, some of the stuff he is talking about I've already heard about and researched, too. He mentions the SAD diet, the vitamin B17 naturally in certain seeds, avoiding antiperspirants and deodorants, and best of, to avoid the outdated evil trilogy or surgery-radiation-chemo. Staying healthy is a better alternative.

I am most certainly an advocate of a healthy lifestyle, but I also just want to point out that I am alive today....20 years later...thanks to the "evil trilogy." Sometimes that may be the best alternative left. And while unhealthy lifestyle choices (poor diet, smoking,etc) can contribute to many cancers, there are other contributing factors, such as genetics, pollution, radiation exposure, etc.
I try to live a healthy lifestyle, but I am also thankful for conventional medicine.
