having lemon and ginger tea and oatmeal for breakfast. Will not have lunch till 2pm because I am going to see a movie at 11am and it is not over till 1:30 will have a salad a large one Dinner a veggie platter, corn, carrots, broccoli and a small salad
I still drink 9 bottles of water a day.
DD fixes her and her dads dinner. she is becoming a pretty good cook.

What do you use to dress your salad, Linda? Your meal plan sounds nice and healthy. sigh
I would love to go back to the days I had a live-in nanny/cook/maid! LOL

I use walden farms calorie free. It takes some getting used to it, the italian is good , I just started using the french, hate ranch of any kind.
