For years I have bought a short gown or pj top and bottom set at wallymart. Not the tshirt and lounge pant, but pj's. But here I need all cotton, not poly/cotton blend. The only ones I have found were at dillards for $$$.
I am looking for a pattern.
I saw an idea of altering two men's all cotton undershirts, a v-neck for a bodice and sewing another shirt (minus the neck and sleeves) for the gown bottom. At $14 for a six pack, I can make 3 pajama gowns.

Awesome! I want to get some all cotton tops for the summer. My mom assures me they are much cooler than what i wear. I have my doubts.
