Lisa do you remember the LA riots. ? People could not get out because of that and trucks were not delivering food in those areas.
To me we need to be prepared. Not armed with guns, but with what we need each day.

It would not just be small towns that would be affected.

I absolutely agree everyone would be affected. I specifically answered in regard to small towns directing my answer to a specific question that had been asked.

Also, if there ever is a need to evacuate. There won't be time and probably not enough finances to just go the store and buy what I would need to take.
I am thinking not only of some food, but also meds, ladies items, dog food, etc.
I know I could not afford to leave my home, gas up the car, live in a hotel/shelter someplace AND have to buy needed items.
When we have extra money, I'll buy a little extra and put it in our emergency supply shelf. (I've also had to go get from that supply in lean times! lol!)

Us either Tory. I believe most people would stay home.
I would be praying for God to deal with the ones that were unruly and mean.
We have two ways out of this town , well maybe three and not enough lanes to move people along.
I try not to let the car get below half a tank.

If you watch people, It is just like Christ said, Everyone would be going about their usual business, and then he would come. No one is paying attention to the world, I donot mean just the elections, but Isreal , Iran, you name it. all the earthquakes, fires.
At least people who burglerize our house after we are caught away will have food, water, books, clothes to wear and use.

LOL! That is true, Linda. Anyone who is able to take over here will have it made for a while. :D

I don't get all worked up worrying over things, but I do like to have a little plan in case I need it. It just make me feel better knowing that things are in order 'if' the time comes that it's needed. Hurricane season always makes me rethink my plans and emergency supply. I guess it just comes with living on the coast.
