Does anyone have a good, tried and true, recipe for Chicken Marsala? I had one that I think one of you posted it on the old board but I can't find it!!  I want to cook this for my dc for dinner because I have all of the ingredients (I think!! going from memory so it's iffy, lol!) |

Thanks Linda! I was wanting one that others had tried but I did google and found this one: http://savorysweetlife.com/2010/03/chicken-marsala/ It was wonderful and all 3 of my teens loved it! My ds hugged me and said I only did one thing wrong: I didn't make more! lol! I did tweek the recipe a bit. I added onions along with the mushrooms and let them cook. I didn't have heavy cream so I used plain yogurt. Also, I left out the sherry/wine (?? can't remember) I didn't have chicken stock but I made some with a chicken bullion cube and 1/2 cup warm water. I WILL be making this again. It was a huge hit.
