I am a small space gardener with just the patio area of my townhome in which to plant. We do have large beds on either side, which is really nice. We do have a 12-pound Californian bunny who has the run of the place during the day, so no veggies growing down low. I have tomatoes and herbs in pots up high out of his reach (if you could see what he did to much succulents down low... sad).
I now work part-time for a company that does organic garden boxes and raised beds for people, so I can get a lot of my green thumb desires out of the way at work. We've got stuff growing everywhere there!
I do vermicompost and have taught other folks to do so as well. I've also enjoyed helping friends design and plant their spaces. It would be fun to do that full time as a "real" job.

I only wish I felt like putting the effort into gardening. I love plants, veggies and things but I always start out strong and then get so busy or get lazy and nothing prospers. Good for you. I have a friend and my sister both LOVE gardening and know how to start new plants from ones they have and their cost in minimal. I just can't keep anything alive!
