My youngest dd hung up our chocolate cookbook (thin, magazine size) on one of those clothes hangers with clips on it, then hung it on the cabinet handle over the counter.
I taught her how to open the top drawer and let it sit opened in there. But our drawer is opposite of where are baking stuff is and she was tired of turning around all the time.

Brilliant idea! Thanks : )
I did a similar thing. We have a kitchen towel problem. Little one tends to accidentally (or intentionally) knock them off the nice little handle on the stove. I sometimes brush by them and knock them down myself. Yucky. So, then I tend to wad them up on the counter - not so good either. So, one day, I got one of those clips that is used for picnic tablecloths to keep them on the table (dollar store) I clipped it to the bottom edge of the upper cabinet, and attached the towel to it (the clip is invisible then). I can dry my hands many times while preparing a meal, while the towel stays handy and in one place, and sanitary : )

Briva, I'll tell my dd about this now that she's learning to cook more and using recipes! It's a great idea!
