Post subject:  Chicken crock pot meal needed
My ds bought me a crock pot for Christmas and I've only used it once. :o

I did NOT like the way the recipe turned out but I think that was more the chef than the recipe...

SO.. I have 4 large chicken breasts and want to cook something for dinner.
Any suggestions?

(the simpler the better. I'm tired!)

I've cooked chicken in the crock pot with BBQ sauce, shredded it and then placed it on hamburger buns to make shredded chicken burgers/sandwiches.

OOh that's an idea!
Tonight I let them eat whatever they could find, lol!
I think I'm coming down with a cold. My throat hurts and I'm sneezing. :(

I will cook the chicken tomorrow. The sandwiches do sound good. Thanks!
