I was happy to have run across this recipe simply because it is one of those "pantry meals" that I appreciate so much.
I had gotten the ingredients last week and I'm glad I did because I didn't have anything else I could throw together at the last minute. I forgot to take anything out for dinner. It's not bad. It's got room to play but it's a decent basic recipe, imho. We had fish and fresh pineapple to round it out.
