Chocolate-Banana Ice Cream/Shake: In food processor, blend 1 banana that has been sliced & frozen in separate pieces (this is a great way to use extra-ripe bananas!) 2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla Gradually pour in enough non-dairy or dairy milk to create a soft-serve or milkshake consistency, as desired
(I do not feel this needs any sweetener (nor does my little one), but if you feel it needs it, sweeten to taste with favorite sweetener)

Experimented - poured this into a popsicle mold. It makes a *great* fudgesicle. Healthy & without "empty calories" : )

Sounds great Anna! Thanks for sharing! I'm going to have to try these with the kids!

Glad you're enjoying them. I make a nice big bowl of the stuff, and sit and feel *guilty* for eating bananas & soymilk!

I want to make this and keep forgetting the recipe is in here. Is there anyway to make such things stay in view all the time? My mind is so forgetful.

Pam you can copy and paste it into an email to yourself. I do that all the time for recipes! It's the only way I remember to try them. lol!
