1 cup sour cream 1 cup splenda or xylitol 1 tsp cinnamon 2 eggs 1 1/2 c flour 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp baking soda
sift dry ingredients together 3 times. Beat eggs well and add to the sour cream. Mix together and beat well, bake 25 min at 375 degrees , 50 degrees lower for dark pans, once cake is baked and still warm punch lightly holes with for all across and add cinnamon (this is extra cinnamon) and 1/4 cup honey together and pour over the cake.
