http://www.artisanbreadinfive.com/2012/ ... ummer-meal I made this Naan tonight for dinner (not the sandwich, just the bread recipe on the link in the article) - it was AMAZING! I used a non-stick skillet & just a light spray of olive oil. It worked great. If you're in a cooking rut (as I was) and don't want to use the oven in this hot weather, try this recipe. It's yummy. |

I have the artisan bread books now! I started making great breads but haven't made bread in so long! I need to jump back on the wagon! |
