There are recipes for the peanut sauce (she recommends that powdered peanut butter, less fat) and hummus with canned garbanzos and a marinade for that bbq tofu

I bought some powdered peanut butter to try and it is delicious! You add the salt and sweetener to taste as desired, and a bit of oil if desired. The kind I got was just pure powdered peanuts and no additives.

Bumping this so I won't lose it.
There are some THM friendly recipes here.
I need to get Peanut butter powder. Carol, where did you find it?
Homemade hummus is on my list to do! I NEVER liked hummus before, but now, I crave it. Isn't that weird??

My tablet doesn't want to cooperate making the link work, but here is where I got it. It is just ground peanuts, no other ingredients! You can add a little oil, salt, sweetener to taste. I think it makes great tasting PB and it's great in smoothies :D

LOL

Actually, I think it's the difference in where we live. Maybe we've had hummus on the west coast longer, so it seems like a staple around here and I've gotten used to it. OTOH, you have strange things back there that I've never even heard of - like those canned boiled peanuts! And hush puppies. And grits. And knowing the difference between bbq and grilling. (We call grilling bbq-ing.)

And WE have California rolls.
