preheat oven 375 cook 1 lb either lean hamburger or ground turkey 1/3 chopped red onion 1 lbs mushrooms chopped season meat however you want, salt pepper, chili powder etc garlic cook these together till meat is done, drain well. you can add corn or spinach to this in a bowl add: 3 eggs 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese mix together well put hamburger mixture in a 8x8 casserole pan spread out on bottom. pour egg mixture evenly over top . sprinkle with another 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, bake for 30-35 min, take out and let set for 5 min before cutting, this is really really good |
