WE use it for all kinds of things. I take 4 T. per day for a source of "healthy fats" in my diet, using it in my oatmeal, using it on my skin as a moisturizer, brushing my teeth with coconut oil and baking soda (it kills bacteria). I've also used it to shine my boots, and other leather shoes and belts, use it on my feet and the rest of my body as a moirsturizer, wash my face with it, used it on my grandson's diaper rash the other day. There are SO many uses for it! It's great stuff and the local Costco started selling it this past summer, so the price is great for cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil. We also book with it, making stir fry with veggies. |

Use it on toast/bagels instead of butter, on potatoes, in smoothies, fry your foods in it, for your skin... The possibilities are endless. |
