our storage of non perishable foods and We have enough without having to buy anything else to last us a month or longer. I have bought freeze dried celery, carrots, peas, onions, mushrooms, broths, soups,. Powdered milk. Freeze dried stew mix, rice mix with veggies and meat. We have been buying extra canned foods for months and months. We also use them as we need them. DH thinks I have a lot and do not need to buy any more. I do try to put what I use during the week in the food pantry in the kitchen and leave the others in the back bedroom on two large three tier shelves. I do need to get more laundry detergent. What do you have stored up?

Well, unfortunately, things have been pretty tight here and I've used up almost everything I had stored. I do have some TP left, a gallon of water, a jar of mayo, a dinner-size bag of mashed tater flakes, and a bag of instant kind of soup left. And *I* say, "Don't forget the CHOCOLATE!"
