We made those in home ec class in high school! They're yummy! (we only made the standard 2-layer, not triple-decker, and I don't think we used quite as much butter) I have made them from time-to-time as an adult - but now use a vegan batter, natural peanut butter & all-fruit jam. A little powdered sugar goes nicely on top : ) |

I've had these and yes.. yummy! I go very thin on the fillings, and only 2 slices of bread. |
