We have missionary friends that served in Ethiopia and they came home with some marvelous recipes! Unfortunately, he cooks by feel and never the same twice. And now they've moved out of the area. sigh

Hey! We slept on Cannon Beach (in the car) over Labor Day weekend! We were up and headed south before time to eat so we didn't even look at the restaurants there. The soup does sound good!
