Encountered this neat website today. I was searching for vegan once-a-month recipe ideas (this site has a few) and encountered this site- lots of recipes for cooking for 100! and Once-a-month ideas!
Plus ideas of Thanksgiving turkey uses (a great frugal idea for meat eaters - since turkeys are often a "loss-leader" at the supermarket).
Anyway, lots of neat ideas - thought some others might enjoy it.

I'm going to look for this site, but in case I can not find it, do you have a link?

My dc love turkey. It's not as cheap as I'd it like to be, but it's still a bargain compared to other white meats. Thanks for the link.

I made the bran muffin one and froze them, for DH and DD. I usually make a big crock pot of red beans and freeze them for later in the week and month. Other wise I do not do big batches.
