High Fiber Brownies

1 15 oz can navy beans drained and mashed really good with a potatoe masher, you want this kinda creamy
add:
½ cup prunes (baby food prunes) or 1 cup applesauce
½ cup cocoa powder or carob powder
¾ cup egg substitute
1 tsp or more of almond extract
mix well

add:
1 ½ cup water
2 tbps sugar free chocolate syrup
¼ cup splenda or stevia taste to see how sweet it is
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup oats or wheat bran
1 ½ tsp baking powder

mix all together
add ½ cup chocolate chips
you can add 2 tsp peanut butter if you want
2 small 8x8 tin foil pans
pour batter in and bake at

350 degrees for half an hour or till it comes out clean with a knife

They are moist. You can also add one egg and whip one eggwhite and fold it in also to make it fluffier.
